SHIPPING 

We offer delivery to Singapore only.

All Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days and 5-7 working days during festive periods. Working days does not include Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect some delays during peak periods, such as Easter or Christmas.

We charge a flat fee of S$5 for small & medium packages and $6 for large packages (gift box and bundle offers). Delivery by J & T Express takes around 2-3 working days. Complimentary delivery is provided with a minimum spend of $50.

We will not be held responsible for items that have already been mailed out and are loss in transit. In the event you encounter lost items, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order is received, you will receive an email notification. If you have not received your confirmation after 1 hour, do check your junk/spam folders and refresh the email page once more. If the problem persists, do drop us an email at info@gentlehandscraft.com  

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify the shipping address and contact information before confirmation. If a package is returned to us due to an errant address, additional shipping fees will apply.

RETURNS

Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned to us (at your own cost) within fourteen days of the date of our email notification confirming that your order has been processed. Please contact us via email at info@gentlehandscraft.com and quote your order number before proceeding to return any item(s). Items purchased on sale may not be returned.

Upon our receipt of the returned item(s) in their original packaging, we will proceed to provide you with a refund for the amount paid by you for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.

 

REFUND POLICY 

REFUNDS

We are not able to accept refunds for items shipped, due to the handcrafted nature and use of natural ingredients. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please email info@gentlehandscraft.com with your order number and a photograph of the item you received. If we request for item to be send back to us, postage will be reimbursed. Please note that our product must be returned back with its original packaging and unused condition. If the correct item is no longer in stock, we will inform you when the stock will be replenished or issue you a refund.
